Check-In
We will meet with your tenant at the property on the day of move-in to agree the Opening Inventory. The signed inventory including embedded, dated photographs and check–in report will then be forwarded to you, thus providing you with an accurate record of condition as agreed with your tenant.

Interim Inspection
We will provide you a report with potential issues and practical recommendations to maintain the property in good order, giving the landlord and tenant confidence that the property and their interests are in good hands.

Check-Out Inspection

It is essential to have an accurate, professional, independent record of the condition of a property at the start of a tenancy as this document will form the basis for any claim that you may wish to make from the tenants deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Check-In
